The Mudflat Crew

Written and illustrated by Pietro Leddi (aka Rullampo), the publication follows the journey of a group of friends exploring the Venetian lagoon on the hunt for a mysterious treasure. The characters are based on local fauna or mythological creatures.

Conceived primarily for children as part of Vital’s efforts to spark interest towards Venice’s natural surroundings, The Mudflat Crew features a Glossary and a Character Sheet with scientific information about the lagoon and the animal species featured in the story.
