This 52-page publication features scenes of ordinary moments from the Venetian diner ‘Vini da Arturo’ as seen by Alessandro Trevisan. Supported by chef and founder Ernesto Ballarin and his business partner and friend Hani Benjamin, the photographer documented the making of Ernesto’s renowned fried pork chop, the Braciola all’Arturo–whose recipe is also included in the book.
